Asked for personal info. They claimed I owed money to a company I never did business with. Scammers !!

Harrasser hired by Chrysler Financial to collect money that I do not owe. I guess I will have to sue them!

They keep calling my cell phone and they don't leave a message. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They are still taking up my minutes.

called stating a debt was owed in excess of $14000.00.  Debt had been collected on from another collector for 6 years.  Advised them of this(it was ex husband who had been paying on debt).  there is no way 14000.00 is due.

I have no idea who these people are. They keep leaving nasty messages on my ma****e, and I do not owe anyone money!! I won't talk to them, because they will not leave a message on why they have called me or have not sent me a letter. I see that other people have been complaining about focus receiveables. I have reported them to the MA. attorney General office, the better business bureau, GA Attorney  General office, and The New Mexico Attorney General.

They keep calling asking for some girl I don't know. I keep telling them they have the wrong number. They still persist on calling me daily, all day long. Very rude, and not willing to take me off their call list. Which makes no sense they are just wasting their time calling. Very frustrating to say the least.

Calls From 678-228-3431. They have more numbers too. Focus Receiable Co from Joneboro, GA. Call everyday even when I tell them NOT to call. They try and be intimidating and quote various laws. FTC should shut them down. They collect debt which is very old and has been through other collection agencies.

Called cell said she would garnish my wages because this was a govenment company and she could do so.
