You can contact Attorney General and Federal Trader Commision about these company. Filing complaint about them get ttheir phone and the person name. Leave that to Attorney General and FTC will handle these for you. They can not harrassed you at work or let someone at work know you are been collected by them..  They did the same thing to me I went ahead report them. Hope this will help you. This is not an investigators office however these people will act if they are! I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT INVESTIGATORS. Some of them can't even spell Investigator. I received a call from this number and was asked to return the call to Investigator Banks, ****..... This is a collection agency called NCO Financial. They also have a 800 number but rather give you the long distance number to act as if the call is extremely important.  Don't be afraid of them there is nothing to it and if they call you harrassig them just advise them to hold the line while you connect your recorder "and do it" then play back to them what they said. Advise them you will be forwarding the information to your attorney and will get back with them. This will make them even more ****ed!

Got the same call from the same person and they told me they did not have to follow the law ins***uted they were with some kind of law enforcement to me.

I am trying to find out the name of this company. They keep calling me at work and leaving messages that they are investigators. Is there anyway for me to find out who they really are? They are beginning to be really disrespectful and threatening me. In North Carolina, it is a***nst the law to keep harassing someone on their job. I need to know who these people are so that I can correct the problem. Please****ist me if you can.
