Unfortunately you cant get any money without going to court and you will end up still having to pay your debt. For anyone that is feeling that have been harrassed why are you not calling the managers or the company to complain. I am sure they are not aware of what you are stating  and how you feel your being treated. Last problem I had with a company I called their manager and got the debt reduced. Bottom line if you owe a bill you have to pay it, but why not get it reduced if you have to pay it. Common sense right! Try This I promise it works.!

***? THIS LADY AMBER WINFIELD (OR SO****ING CLOSE) CALLED AND THREATNED ME ON THE MY VOICEMAIL. SHE PRETTY MUCH STALKED ME THE WHOLE CALLING ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS, SOME OF THEM REPEATDELY. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED BACK I WAS TRANSFFERD TO SOMEONE NAMED VANESSA MACK, WHO SOUNDED VERY FAMILAR TO "AMBER WINFIELD" THROUGH PUBLIC RECORDS I LEARNED THAT SHE HAS BEEN SUED SEVERAL TIMES. I SAVED ALL THE MESSAGES AS WELL AS A RECORDING THAT MY MOTHER MADE WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH HER. HOW CAN I GET A $1000 MINIMUM WITHOUT GOING TO COURT, BUT I AM PRETTY SURE IF I WENT TO COURT I COULD GET MORE. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE STEPS THAT I NEED TO TAKE. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A LEGIT COMPANY BUT SHE IS BREAKING SEVERAL RULES.

so why did this man name mr. peppers call me today and said he was going to forward my information over to my local athorities!! his dumb a** could barely speak english, he sounded like a straight ***g on the phone. but its ok he call me a***n with that on my voicemail im going to call his local authorities f***ing idiot!!!

i dont think u can get anything without going to court..but i  had a almost similar experience but i ended up paying the loan   back but..  because as it turns out IT WAS MY DEBT..but ijust had forgot about it. maybe the  lady said good luck..because she hoped u would pay ur debt..in my opinion i would give them a call and see y they are calling..because these debt are on ur credit report.. i made my last payment last month..and look forward to seeing an improvement in my credit history

Hello I Had An good experience with solomon dean****ociate! they worked with me while i was going through a hardship with my divorce this year Mr. Grant Helped Me Settle My Account i owed $1200 and he let me settle for $600...i dont hve $1200 sitting in my back pocket to give away for a loan that i took out in 2007 but luckly Mr. Grant was there to help me out! if any body needs some help or good advice about your account call Mr.Grant 678-291-9900 but i dnt know his extension though sorry :-(

How can you get $1000 min WITHOUT GOING TO COURT?  I do have "ms. Jackson" on my tape leaving a nasty little message. thanks

I received a call today from Ms. Jackson...and I replayed the message several times to get the name...I thought she was saying "Solomandina****ociates"...I see from prior post, she may have been saying "Soloman Dean and****ociates".  To Mr. or Mrs. 'voodoodaviz'...I do have her on tape, leaving a terrible threatning message...ending with 'good luck'!...so please tell me, how do you get a min of $1000 WITHOUT GOING TO COURT?  I have no idea what this could be about, and I am not sure if I should even call it back...the fact that it's not a '800' # is also a little su****ious don't ya think?

trust me-I've been in the business for over 20 years-If you can get that on tape, you can get a min $1000 WITHOUT GOING TO COURT!

I received a call from a lady with Solomon Dean****ociates, LLC giving me 24 hours to return her call at 678-291-9900 or she would contact my employer.  I've done some research on this company and they're a collection agency for unpaid credit cards and pay day loans.  They're located in Norcross GA and work on commission only.  They earn 20% of what they collect.  I don't deny that I may owe someone so****ing... I fell on hard times in '06 when my marriage broke up... the sudden breakup resulted in my vehicle being repossessed, being evicted from my apartment, $1200 overdrawn... bad times.  It was overwhelming and I'm still recovering financially, but just when I was s****ing to see light at the end of the tunnel... I'm being threatened with someone contacting my employer!  Can someone give me some guidance or at least tell me if this is legal?

I recieved a call from their office several times stating that I had to call them within 24 hrs to settle an owing debt that was brought to their company. I finally got through to someone in their office and spoke to a woman. She told me I had a debt with a company from 2008 and that shes been trying to reach me before she had to send an employment verification. It was a company I had never heard of. She wouldnt even tell me the balance. Then I proceeded to tell her that I filed bankruptcy and that she can speak to my attorney. I then asked her one more time to repeat the name of the company I supposedly owed and she refused but to tell me that she would jus have to give the info to my attorney and we can proceed from there. I contacted my attorney several days later about this compoany and she said the company never call her or the office about the situation.

MY PARENTS RECEIVED A CALL LAST WEEK REGARDING EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION DEPT AND THAT WE NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER CAN BE BOUGHT AND SOLD FOR SCAMMERS LIKE THIS. CONSUMERS NEED TO BEWARE OF THIS SORT OF SCAMS.

SIMON CHASE AND****OCIATES "Employment Verification", you need to send me so****ing in writing in the mail stating what you are calling me about.  The letter needs to include a specific dollar amount and what the matter is about.  I will not answer your calls or call any number you leave for me until I have so****ing IN WRITING!  From what I've read on-line, your organization seems very shady and so I will not interact with you by phone.

I received two back-to-back phone calls from some woman who said her name was Jenelle.  She left two voicemails for me which were almost identical.  She was trying to sound very official and threatening.  It is obvious to me that these people are scammers.  I decided to call her back and she said that I had taken out a payday loan by internet in June of 2009.  I told her that was not true because I had not taken out any payday loan after my bankrukptcy granting in 2008.  She then told me that I needed to call the Social Security Administration and report to them that someone was trying to get a payday loan in my name and my SS number.  I told her that the Social Security Administration does not handle stuff like this. I was not born yes****ay.  She then put me on hold and came back and said that what I really should do is make a police report.  I told her that this is a scam and I do not want to be called by her or the crook she works for a***n. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS TRYING TO SCAM YOU.

I got a call from them and they identified themselves as Simon Chase and****ociated Employment Verification Service and then the caller requested payment for a loan that I never made. I informed them that I would need some verificartion of the loan since I had never heard of the company that they said issued the loan but they did not want to hear that. The caller who's name was Cassandra told me that the only thing she would fax was a emplyment verification form. I told her to go ahead and proceeded to give her the fax number and she ***g up on me. She then called some one else at the company I work for and told them that I had given their name as my supervisor which I would never do because we are co-worker. I saw another site that identified this company as trying to scam people.

Did they ever actually follow through with the threats?  They just called and left a voicemail to call them back within 24 hours.

Rude and illegal. They harrass and when i ask for them to send me proof that sets them off more. I informed them not to call me at work, these harrassing calls are illegal and then they continue to call me and **** up on me over and over a***n. Also, very ghetto when talking to, sounds like they are knuckled up ready to box trying to sound intimidating and to put fear in the consumer. Illegal tactics, and I am going to turn them over to the BBB and w***ver else I can find. I have the extension, name and partial recording of how rude this woman was. I hope she gets fired.
