PEOPLE..this idiot markus is lying he is a ****** low life debt collector lying and trying to scare you into calling him if you give them your bank info they will wipe out your bank account illegally...we all know you cannot be arrested for a bad check..this fool isn't making any monies so he comes on here and lies.

i just got out of jail for a worthless check because i forgot all about a ****** check from a payday loan they called it a worthless check and because i had other charges from years ago it cost me two years in waxahachie this is f**ked up these people made me lose a good job and *****ed up my record now how am i suppossed to support my thre sons they dont give a careand neither does texas

i got a cll from this number and my attorney called them back appatently it is a legit company but she is not an attorney mrs. eldrige is only the mediator. but my attorney did work out a settlement with them and i got a letter to prove that i paid it off.

I got calls from this number but never a message.

i recieved a call from this firm apparently they are legit they had all of my info soc references and employment info i did explain to them that i had no knowledge of the bill when i contacted my bank the bank did inform me that they had no record of me paying that particular debt so i paid and i did recieve a letter it took about three weeks but i got a letter from them and i sleep better at night

Did receive a call from the firm and was a bit confused and hesitant to begin with. However, after realizing that this was a loan I had secured with my check I decided to pay what I owed. I can't speak for everyone but all has been fine since. I did receive a letter stating the claim had been paid so that if the issue comes up a***n I will have that proof. Good luck to you guys.

I just got a call from this number and Ms Eldridge claimed to be an attorney and telling me that there was going to be a warrant out for me and that they were calling from an attorney's office. I know that a collection agency will say anything but I honestly don't want a warrant out for a felony. Is anyone else having this issue?

got a call from this number from some woman that say she was calling from a law firm. and the day before she she was somebody else. do anybody know these people and are the really a law firm
