Person claiming to be “Mike“ illegally texting without prior written authorization to inquire about buying a property from someone who has it indicated no interest in selling. These people are scads buckets. The telephone consumer protection act prohibits this idiot from texting without prior written authorization. Report them to ftc.gov, your Attorney General, and post on Facebook to humiliate them. If you find out who these people are please also report here so we can all see them. There is a $1500 liquidated damages penalty for engaging in this prohibited behavior that is recoverable from this loser.
