I got a call from this company this morning. They called 3 times before they left a message. I did not answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. I googled the phone number and they have been reported numerous times as scammers. I have taken a pay day loan out in the past but I paid it back. I did call this number this morning and I spoke to a Mr Moon. He was friendly at first but when I asked him if he knew there have been numerous complaints filed online he got nasty. He said " You are an adult, and if you don't want to take care of this we will call your employer and relatives." I said send me an invoice to prove that I owe somebody money. He said " Obviously you are not very smart because smart people dan't take out pay day loans" I told him that was offensive and he ***g up.

Who is this

They left a detailed message on the voice mail which they are not supposed to do I am putting a complaint the Federal Trade Comission and they give you a case number.  You should then send it to the ****** company who does not know anything about the Fair Collection Law

I have been receiving calls at work and on my cell from this number. They claim to be with a company called Peter Simon and****oc. Trying to convience me that a company is complaining that I have a unpaid check issue pending a***nst me. I know this is a scam because I dont use checks for anything!! Every time I receive a voicemail, if they leave one... it's always someone different with a different reference number at that!! I'm unable to locate any information on this company either.
