don't know what the call was about as I didn't pick up after reading all the comments here. Blocked the number - I don't have any outstanding debts.

I rec harrassing calls from this company also until their investigator Mr. Hut****son took over my case. He was nice and helpful and explained the situation to me. After I paid off the debtor he had them send me a letter to keep for my record

it's amazing that i'm seeing these comments bout this company cuz i've 2 has also had this experience with edmonds & jennifer but not 2 da point where da convo got heated but they have used da sametactics as i'm seeing everyone on here is claiming and at first i gotten a lil shaken up 2 but found that all they doing is ****ing smoke.........however i googled them and there is sum 1 claiming 2 have worked with them that has quit is spilling da beans on them........and 1 of the things he stated that caught my attention is that these people does not have a corporate office they are actually working from home.........don't know how true this is but i believe it in a sense cuz when you talk 2 n e 1 u neva hear n e otha voices or what not and it sounds like that they are in a room of sum sort.........but whomeva wants 2 check it out google them and read this person who use 2 work 4 them story he/she evens give u an email where he/she can be contacted and he/she claims they can help stop them with these illegal tactics

I also took out a payday loan and have been out of work due to ankle surgery. I have been getting very threatening phone calls from a Jennifer Hammon at HZB financial; she stated she was turning my over to the lawyers if I did not pay by Friday and I would be arrested on felony charges. They already messed my bank account up that my bank closed my account. I am on public****istance while out of work due to no work benefits. She said I would lose that. I work as a caregiver for the elderly, if brought up on felony charges, I won't be able to make a living. I am also going to college online for BS ******logy and threatens my future. I lost it on the phone today and ****** me s****ed crying, she told me not to yell at her and curse. I told her I wasn't I was crying. She threatens me every time she calls with this. I handed the company into my state banking ins***ute complaint department. I am waiting for news back.

This is Mr. Edmund like everytone else stated from HBZ. I am havig the same issues and everyones replies were so helpful. The other problem I am having with this company is that iu am being contacted by so many different people who are claiming to be police officers or sergents from this company it is crazy, I had one person call me, cuss me out and then he ***g up on me. I called him back because he number came across my caller ID and he claimed to never had contacted me. I just created a DV letter and will be sending it tomorrow certified maik with return receipt! This is so petty it is crazy!

did anyone ever come to arrest you? LOL

Also please be advised that you will get these same calls from a Mr. Beckcom same company, always sounds like he's calling from home.....claimed I was going to be arrested for fraud on a pay day loan. Lawd help him.

A Mr. Edmonds called told me that i owed a $ 250.00 bill pn a loan that was paid in full. Told me that i was " uneducated". Told him that he could not call my work and he said that he could. He is full of it.

Mr. Edmonds called me today toinform me that my bank confirmed all the information he has and I would be getting sued $6,000 for a $300 loan. He even told me that my State's Attorney was wrong and I should pay the bill before he garnishes my wages. LMMFAO.

Well Mr. Edmonds did the same to me and I have some news for him.  He received a Debt Verification letter with some very specific requirements on it.  They will not be able to comply.  Also reported them to the California Attorney Generals Office as he really messed up when he told a law enforcement person MY personal information!!!!!!!!  Good going Edmonds, s**** looking for a new job!!!!!!

Edmonds is from HZB Financial Services Inc. - did some research on them tonight.  They are a collection agency and very aggressive and very illegal.  He leaves threatening messages about FRAUD and your social sec. # so you call back. In my case, it's an unpaid payday loan and he's non-stop.  We'll see what happens....  Google the company and see for your self....  here's a quote from their web site   "  HZB will perform any services required in an attempt to resolve an outstanding account.  HZB uses all of the modern electronic collection tools while relying onthe old fashioned ideas that hard work and fair treatment garner the best results.HZB is prepared to make every collection effort possible on behalf of our clients. Did you hear back from them? i got a very strange call from a Mr. Edmunds today also....and I have no clue what he's talking about and dont know if I should take him serious or not.

Advised me (on answering ma****e) that I should seek legal rep. Their "investigators" are soon to complete their "investigation" of me and I guess I'm in a "HEAP 'O TROUBLE"........They ain't playin'......hahahahahaaaa...Oh. Relentless too. Must be...ahem..some serious stuff huh? F***ing losers...bring it on bad boys....DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS or her natives!!Times a wastin'......
