they want you to go to a bit coin atm

My screen suddenly froze up, and I called an 800 number that purported to be able to fix my problem (which it turns out they caused). The person who talked to me called using this number. To make a long story short, I was scammed out of $13,000. Do NOT do any business with this company.

This text claimed to be from Bit Coin and said I had violated their policies and had links to supposed support and consumer protection articles. I had made now orders to Bit Coin., although and email from another source claimed I had. This appears to be a scam.
