These people are relentless!  I cannot understand how they can violate FDCPA and continue to be in business.  I have been getting calls for the past two weeks from this company at my mobile phone and each and every time I tell them that they have the wrong person, and THEY **** UP!   Today I called them back at 866-371-0779 and an extremely rude lady named Akaila said they would not stop calling me because they showed I owed the money.  I said, "No.  Under FDCPA, I am asking you to provide proof of the validity of this debt and I will request that you cease and desist in calling until you can prove that I owe you or your customer any money!" - Gerard Michel

Call coming from another number asking for the owner of the phone, stating it is not a sales call, about "an important business matter".  I have not answered or called back (call back number: 888-890-8673), since I don't know what it is in reference to. I am not behind on any bills, and I am on the Do Not Call List.  Calls have been left several times a day for approx. one week.

They keep calling and asking for the last 4 digits of myhusbands SSN. He refuses to give it to them and ****s up on them. They then will call back over and over.

they called me today and left a detailed message on my phone. i have become accustomed to not handling buisness on the phone. If i owe a company money I first want to see it in writing and then i will contact them. if they callme out of the clear blue sky i will not deal with them because you don't know who to trust and alot of these companies violate the fair debt collection practice and should be sued. I blocked my number and asked them not to dial and ask for me a***n because me no longe rhas this number! let's see if this works.
