Scamming message. An old lady leaves a message about trying to make contact and being worried. Tries to sound like someones Grandma so you will call back.
First National Collection Bureau. I have been getting calls from this number for weeks. Today I returned the call. They picked up. I gave them my number, confirmed that my name is not Howard Farmer and asked them to remove my number. We'll see if they do.

Not only is it wrong, its just plain lazy. Even if I did talk to an actual person after the fact, I would not buy water for a thirsting man from them.
