This guy also goes by the name Herbert. It's a collection agency and they've been threatening me a lot about a debt. I've offered them a monthly payment that I can afford to settle the debt and they won't go for it. The debt would be gone in 10 months max this way. They make it impossible for you to pay. I don't know what their problem is.

This company calls my number daily asking for someone who IS NOT ME, does NOT have this number, does not live at my address, and is not related in any way.  Today "Agent Lee Clark" called from the investigative unit citing a case number that is being worked in her office - interesting that a dog was barking in the background. I have answered the phone before and told the person they have the wrong number BUT THEY STILL KEEP CALLING!!!!!!!!!
