First message was “did you get my message”, then sent the Lionel Richie GIF “Hello” and asked if this was my phone number.

I received a text message with a Lionel Ritchie "Hello" jif asking "Ids this your number?" Then about 2 hours later, another message "Did you get my message?" I have ignored it so far. I will block the number if there are other messages sent to me.
