sked her for validation of the loan and she told me no that she had nothing to send me and that I had seven days to come up with close to 5300 for legal fees and the loan itself. I asked her what bank was the loan supposed deposited into and she stated an old account of mines . Then I knew so****ing was wrong because I had repaid any debts****ociated with this account. I called the bank and I will be going in to retrieve my history on this account. I Filed a complaint with the ftc. these scammers are getting to be a bit much and I am about to seek out a lawyer.

A woman by the name of Olivia Martin called me said I took out a payday loan and she had all my information.  Said she was from Southeastern Legal Group and she was a mediator.  She had all my information, from ss# to an old banking account number.  Called my old bank and they didn't even have the right account numbers. She threatened to send this loan to the district attorney in my state and I would put  a felon on my record.called sheriff dept.they said it's civil not criminal case not to worry.this lady said i owe 750.00 Asked her to send me some information with regards to the loan and any paperwork that I had signed. she could not.agree with Heather so****ing fishy..................

A woman by the name of Olivia Martin called me said I took out a payday loan and she had all my information.  Said she was from Southeastern Legal Group and she was a mediator.  She had all my information, from ss# to an old banking account number.  Called my old bank and they didn't even have the right account numbers.  Putting fraud alerts on my credit reports as I am typing this.  She threatened to send this loan to the district attorney in my state and I would get in trouble for fraud and be put in jail.  Advise her that I have never heard of such a company nor a loan.  Asked her to send me some information with regards to the loan and any paperwork that I had signed.  She advised she had no paperwork it was at her corporate office.  Asked if I could have the number to the corporate office she advised me she could not give it to me.  Asked her what company sent the loan to them, she gave it to me and I googled them.  Called the number and the automated voice said they were no longer taking calls?  Hello, so****ing fishy............
