I was contacted by someone claiming to be from AT&T that they were going to do an upgrade to our Direct TV. There would be a cost of $199 but the bill would be reduced to $60 for 2 years. They wanted a credit card # to pay the $199. She gave me this phone # as the tech support #. It is not anywhere on AT&T's websites. I called this # and a man told me it was legit, they are tech support! I called Direct TV and they said it was a scam! If they ever do an upgrade they email you or mail you.
