This is Wallace &****ociates.. paralegal, and as I've posted before: Would not give me any contact info for them or the loan company of which I'm still trying to look up. (if you are representing a company, why would you not have their contact info?). Couldn't identify my phone number, employer or address however they did have the last 4 of my SSN, which scares me. They said they did not have any of the original information or paperwork or the account where the check was deposited. If they did try to take you to court, isn't the burden of proof on them? Traces of this loan or collection attempts were not on any of my credit reports. I was told loans c****e hands so fast, it was probably not ever reported. Has anyone seen a lawsuit or been served papers from this company? They made it clear they were not a collection company, however offered a settlement several times, even after telling them this debt was not mine.

they called my family and was harassing them...go away
