Called on July 30, 2013 at 12:19pm and 5:50pm ET. Called my home phone. Caller ID showed caller's name as "Assistance". Did not recognize number as a business I deal with and I don't know any business named "Assistance" so I did not answer call. My phone number is registered with my State's Do Not Call Registry and the Federal Do Not Call Registry. These kinds of scammers could care less your number is listed as "Do Not Call". I'm amazed people answer calls from out-of-state callers they do not know and do not have any business dealings with. People should only answer call if they recognize the number as a friend of theirs or a company they are familiar with such as their employer or a company they buy services from, otherwise never answer the phone. Maybe we need to have NSA identify them since 100% of all calls are recorded it should be easy for them to do and then send a SWAT Team to to wherever they are located and take them to jail like they do when they bust into people's homes. Would love to see the look on their faces when they bust in through several doorways all-at-once in full body armor.

They called and didn’t leave a message. Their third call. Using a call blocker to block them now.

Good and bad, first the bad of getting these calls, next the good when I searched and found a solution to get the calls to stop; call 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service. They said they provide this service for a small number of companies that call consumers who want to minimize complaints and save time and effort not calling people who don't want to be called. Just give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
