This is 100% an internet scam.  If you have been contacted by the FCD (which does not exist) contact local law enforcement and report it.  DO NOT give out any personal information.  DO NOT send any money.  They will likely reference the last four digits of your SSN, they may reference a past loan.  Obtain your credit report and ensure your iden***y has not been stolen.  Good luck!

I got this same call they have been calling from this # since 9/14 saying i took out an internet loan back in january for 300.00 if do not pay i will go to jail or will have to pay 20,000-40,000.00. Pay day loan is from the company pay day usa i asked them to provide with their contact info but they say they can't give that information out. Thats very strange because all collection agencys no matter if you have a bill or not can always provide you with contact information regarding the reason for the collection and there information. Everytime i call the number back it's busy they leave messages saying to call them back i'm done

Your story sounds just like mine. I had this conversation about 10 minutes ago. Only thing different was he told me he didnt have a supervisor that he was the chief investgator and owner. He said i could settle out of court for 746 or in court for anywhere from 12-20,000 I told him we could take it to court. I told hime to have his lawyer contact me.

I got a call from this number and an Indian guy said his name was Officer Micheal Jones was call from Pay Day USA. and i took out a $300 in January. He repeated my personal infomation  to me but my bank had no record of the deposit that he said took place. He couldn't give me any information about the Business and he gave me a bogus website.

I received a call from the same number, on 13 SEP 2010. The name displayed StarNet Inc. , on the caller id unit.The gentleman stated that his name is Officer John Harris. He is an Indian man. The fellow informed me that I had a case pending a***nst my ss number, additionally.He told me that I had taken out an Internet loan, in the amont of $300. The money was deposited into my B of A account.I've informed this man that I did not apply for an Internet loan. I was told that if I did not pay the money he would have the police sent out to my house at 5:30 p.m.I told him to fax me the paperwork, from his company, stating that I received $300 from a payday loan company. The company's name is Payday Loan.He wanted me to settle out of court.I told him that I was NOT paying a thing. The fellow told me to speak with his supervisor named Officer Robert Marshall. Another Indian guy whom calls himself "Officer Robert Marshall" was on the other line and repeated the same story, to me.After our conversation I called B of A and informed them of the conversation with the Indian gentlemen.The B of A rep investigated the account and verified that an EFT had NOT been deposited, into my account.I called Mr Marshall and told him of B of A's finding.I've told Mr Marshall that I will call B of A and we can have a 3-way conversation immediately.Mr Marshall s****ed screaming and disconnected the call immediately.

Yes, I just received a call from this number.  It sounded like a Indian guy talking about he was from the FCD and that I have a case pending a***nst my name and ssn and that I need to call them back to get this matter straighten up.   The person name was John Harris.

I had a message that I received one of these calls today at work, my co-worker told me that the man stated that he was Officer John Smith and that he was from the Federal Crime Department!
