It tells to to ask my system manager for my mail box number... wants me to enter password for my mailbox. My phone doesn't block this number for some unknown reason.

For whatever reason, this number is attached to my cell phone, I cannot delete it. I went to A T & T and they got it off my phone for a short period of time, and then it shows up a***n. There is never any message, but when I call it back, it asks for password. SO VERY ANNOYING!!!!
