This company is a federal organization they use the collection business to perform sweeps...do not give them any information..the owner is named Roderick ball they are located at 2150 northwest parkway se Marietta GA 30067...do not hold a conversation with them don't give them your card ..Susan Jones is a recording...they hire people with no background check then they investigate them and arrest who they can..they have been on the news and everything..call the attorney general

I have received several calls from someone named Susan Jones. I have been threatened on voicemail with legal action, with being served a warrant for my arrest, etc. When I call and speak to them they want my SSN, routing and checking account number. They told me that I have a bad check that was written in 2009. Well, first of all, I have never had a returned check- EVER. Secondly, if I had a bad check, they would have all the account information. When I told them this, they ***g up on me. I called back and asked to speak to Susan Jones. I told her that I keep receiving messages that are fradulent. She ***g up on me. I had a representative from my BANK call and the person on the other line said that they have never called me and never said I had a returned check. When the bank representative asked the name of the compnay, they ***g up on her. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not give them ANY personal information!!!!

These people have called me REPEATEDLY. First of all they are saying I have an outstanding payday loan. I have NEVER taken one of those out. When I call they ask me for MY SSN and bank account information. I told them that if I had a debt they would have that information. I ask for the company name and they **** up on me.

They leave a message about an account that has been placed with them and that if I continue to ignore their calls, it's an admission of guilt. Whatever that means.

They left me a voicemail about an alleged debt, saying I was in "pre legal" and needed to contact their mediation department to set up a payment plan. Yes, I have had a lot of ****** (read: payday loan, overdrawn bank account) debt in the past, but I know exactly who I owed and how much, and they are all 100% paid in full. I currently ONLY owe my mortgage and 1 car payment, and am current on both. This is a scam and I will not be calling these bottom feeders back. These collection agencies will pursue people who have had a lot of bad or written off debt in the past, like through payday or ***le loans, because they****ume most people have so many and are juggling they won't know if it is legit or not and will just pay it. Well, WRONG. I know what I owe, and I have NO DEBT and haven't had any in several years.

They also called me, gave me the same BS story, even the same YEAR! They mentioned they were Pinnacle****et Management, which is an investment firm with no division involving collections. The number lists yet another company called Primary Management Consulting. This is definitely a scam folks, feel free to ignore.

These people called a relative of mine and gave them a bogus story about needing to reach me about ''a serious FDIC violation'. She was freaked out so she gave them my number and then called me to tell me what they said. While I was still on the phone with her, they called and asked me to verify my DOB & SS number. I refused and asked them who they were, and why they were calling. They told me some complete nonsense, saying a checking account in my name that was closed in 2007, had a balance due of $1600+, and how would I like to take care of that today! I told them I have had the same checking acct for over a decade, and she gave me the name of the bank where the alleged acct was opened, that I have never even heard of, in a city where I HAVE lived previously...but not in 2007. Every time I tried to tell her why this debt could not be valid, she talked over me and repeated 'If you are refusing to pay the debt, we will pursue payment through legal action', and that my refusal to 'negotiate a payment plan', was an admission of guilt! She also said my current bank accounts would be garnished for the amount they were seeking, plus legal fees, if I didn't set up a payment plan today. She could not even provide me with the original acct number for the alleged 'overdrawn' acct, and when I told her repeatedly that I never heard of that bank she said, 'the bank's name may have c****ed, since this was charged off in 07'. I asked her why if this money had supposedly been owed since 07, was I just hearing about it now, and she had no answer. Finally, I told her that she would have to provide me with a statement from the original acct, or some proof that I was responsible for this debt, and that they would have to direct any further questions or information to my lawyer, but when I tried to give her his name and number she refused it, and ***g up. I haven't heard back from them, but they appear to be major scammers.
