You Local dental office number should be in the message that is left on your phone.The service repeats according to the settings used when it is set up with your Dental Offices Practice Management Software.While you don't have a relationship with Dental Senders/Cool Smiles/Etc. per se, they are acting on behalf of the Dental Office you do have a relationship with. This allows them to using the contact information you left with your dental office. The generic messages are totally annoying and in-fact very wrong in many cases. I've received a "I Have An Appointment" message when I should have received a "We Are Calling to Remind You That We Recommend a Check-up" message. The "I Have An Appointment" message includes the cancellation policy information which is annoying.Call your dental office and ask for the Office Manager and tell them that you do not be notified by phone using this service.

They keep calling my special needs little sister and they need to stop, at least she knows not to answer it. They need to stop or I'm going to report them to the Attorney Generals office here in OR.

This number calls my cell and my husbands cell about 4 times each day saying that we have missed a dentist check up. Even though we are on the do not call list they still call. My husband has called and told them to not call they still do! We are getting very sick of it!

This number continues to call my cell phone, saying I have an appointment.They are getting on my last nerve.

I c****ed my cell phone number a few days ago due to calls such as this.  I am now signed up on the "no-call list.  I am fed up.  What can I do?

The recording claims I am a previous customer who has missed a check-up...the only people I have ever gone to for dental care have been VA and military dentists...and they call on a cell number I've had for over 5 years, which IS on the donotcall list, meaning they are following 100% illegal practices in every way. Do not answer, do not let yourself get dragged in.
