Total Scam!!!

They have called me multiple times over the last week. I never answer numbers that I do not know and they have never left a voicemail. Annoying.

This is a company called datacheckofamerica.com, 678-866-3640... owned by Billy Kirby and Erica Kirby, and Duane Christy, all of Las Vegas, NV. This company has stolen old records and is calling multiple people, myself included, saying that they have been authorized to collect for a declined check from 8,10,15, even 25 years ago. Tried to tell me they were going to litigate me. There are literally ***dreds of complaints online already, and only dating back to the last month. I actually saw several complaints mentioning Winn Dixie grocery stores. These criminals are making money off of innocent people with scare tactics.

The call goes to the same person.,.,REPORT THE PERSON.

robot call saying this is an important matter then I ***g up

Received a robocall on a non-published line purporting to be about an important legal matter from my bank. When selected their "talk to a person" option, extension rang and rang.

trying to collect a return check amount- do not write checks so I knew the were a scam of some sort-what ticks me off the most is that the number they called is listed with the do not call thru the government.

Scam caller****ociated with several other "robocall" scams from various telephone numbers with different area codes--seems to originate from P***nix, AZ. Do not "settle" any debts over the phone, require that they send so****ing in writing, don't let the "wage execution" verbiage (and other uncommon collections speak) scare you. They are not a legitimate debt collector. They have been reported to FTC.
