We are on the do not call list and this machine has called twice a day for 2 weeks. So far no one there this must stop

National Car Service Survey

I was getting calls from 512-916-0420 and had that number blocked on my cell.  Now they must be using 678-891-0004 since it's exactly the same -- call, ring a couple of times, then nothing.  I have never answered, but as someone said previously, very annoying!  I'll block this one and see what happens.

Calls everyday and does not leave a message...

no message. called yesterday, it's a georgia number. i recently had my car repaired by not by a major dealership. i never pick up numbers i don't know, especially from out of state. i get so many calls now from putting out resumes online, and trying to find work. it's hard to tell one scam from the next anymore.

I bought a car on Wednesday, received 4 calls (no messages) since then (it's Friday). I even told the car dealership that I'm on the Nat'l Do Not Call list and don't want solicitation. Apparently, that's exactly what they are doing.I regretfully called back - It's Advantage Plus. Left a message saying on the Nat'l DNC list & take my number off or they'll be fined $11,000.Unfortunately, once you give your phone #s to any company, they can (and will) sell your numbers to whatever companies they're affiliated with.

I received this call while awaiting a return call from KIA in reference to the poor service I received attempting to have warranty work. The caller, a surly man, initially gave me the impression that he was calling from the Kia dealer, but actually is conducting a survey. When it became obvious that I was unhappy with the unreasonable charges to have warranty work performed he became surly and gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in my negative comments about the dealer. I would suggest don't bother talking to them. I think they are hired to conduct these surveys so the company can have positive ratings to use for advertising purposes. When the comments are not positive then the "J.D. Powers" line can't be used and the survey company becomes useless.The area code comes up to Atlanta GA. by the way.

This is annoying getting personal phone calls while i'm at work. I just ignored it, if they don't leave a vm, it's not important.

1-678-891-0004 speaks too fast to hear name of dealership (Honda). Asking how my visit was,tried to reach me several times but not able to reach me. ??? Here is the reason(s)why:1.I have not bought a car.2.I work at a car dealership3.Due to 2nd reason why would I visit another?4.I sell and drive a domestic car not an import.5.Unlisted phone# noone is to have # but who I give it to.6.JUST TO LET ALL ABOVE AND BELOW COMPLAINTS KNOW SOMETHING...DONT GO TO A DEALERSHIP AND NOT BUY ANYTHING THEN LIE AND NOT GIVE TRUE #.7.Dealers are FORCED to use survey companies(by manufacturers) thanks to all of those people who complain about dealers and their "tactics".The people who have "tactics" are the consumers who lie,cheat and try to steal a car. Some do it even at gun point!!!If you want to buy a car, do the following:1.Go when dealer is closed.-if just gotta see with own eyes!2.Your cable provider has a channel dedicated to auto's.(never leave house)3.Your internet provider has website dedicated to auto's.(never leave house)4.Websites dedicated to auto's more than how to make $$.(never leave house)5.Auto shows(2 in D/FW per yr)6.State Fair(1 in D/FW per yr)7.Your local mall will have cars displayed certain times of yr.8.The automakers will invite you to see at special occasions, to drive and test out cars.9.Download brochure to your computer from automakers site.10.Get brochure "packet" delivered to your home.(better than from dealer)11.Visit dealer website to see what they have. (within few days of actual inventory)12. Go to dealer to BUY car. You have better things to do and so does the poor salespeople.

Has called 2 days in a row, I never answer - never receive solicitations on at this number, very odd.

Company claimed to want to give me $50 for gas but at the end of the conversation they asked for my credit card number and said they "only wanted $2.95".  They called me 4 days in a row so far, we'll see what happens tomorrow. I insisted that they stop calling and remove me from their list. What is this? Is it a scam?

I kept getting calls from this number on my cell phone and kept ignoring it. My wife told me she had gotten a call from AAA regarding a recent road service (to see if we were satisfied). So the next time they called, I answered. It was someone calling on behalf of Daytona Toyota regarding a recent service visit. Again, wanting to know if I was satisfied. I think this must be some kind of service that various businesses call to rate their customer satisfaction.
