Called but I did not answer.  No voice message.  Three calls the last being at 2:48 EDT

Oh and I didn't get any voice message either.. and i'm in Philadelphia, PA

I just got 2 calls from this number right now! I usually let calls from numbers I don't recognize go to voicemail when I'm at work.I can't stand these scams! How do they get your number??

The number 678-901-4597 is a generic number that is generated when a caller uses their local-area access numbers from a long distance company called ***elcom.com. The call can actually originate from anywhere, but if someone dials your number using ***elcom.com's service, 678-901-4597 can be a number which will be displayed on your caller ID.

i got a call on 3/3/08 from that number. the weirdest conversation i have ever had...

Missed a call from 678-901-4597 and when I try to ring it back I get the message "all circuits are busy".

I got curious to see where was my friend calling me from since I did no recognize the number. I****umed he was calling me from a public phone or "locutorio" as he resides in Argentina, I have the feeling that the country code gets cut off in the caller ID window...

Called me too in Florida, no message and I missed the call very weird

this number called and left a silent message.

I didn't answer the phone because I didn't know the number.  But this same number was on my caller id today, 2-17-08 at 8;35pm.  I live in Michigan and I have no idea how he got our home phone number.  It is very disturbing. They didn't leave a message.

Some guy called my mom's mobile phone today asking what country she was answering from and tried to claim that he was calling from Kenya. The caller ID on her cell phone, however, shows the call came from Cedartown, GA.Not sure what kind of scam this guy was trying to run because she ***g up on him fairly quickly, but thought I'd log the call for anyone else who might get it going forward.
