It is a debt collector, this one generally comes up as blocked, but got a message from the same guy on this number leaving the return number as 800-345-3045

Actually, it does not say Residence, but it does come up as Luthersville, GA - phone line served by LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - *** think it could be a debt collections company.

Just got a call from a man asking for someone that hasn't had my phone number for a long time. Said that person doesn't have this number.  He said okay and ***g up as I was trying to say put this number on Do Not Call.  I looked it up.  It is listed as a non-published, landline, residence????

This number called. I picked up and they ***g up. I tried to call it back and it just beeped. On another site it stated that it is in fact a telemarketer.

My parents received a call from this number and a lady asked for me...thing is I don't live there, then she ***g up
