Tried to fraudulently rent a friend's home in Colorado

This person claimed that he owns a property in Boston, *****chusetts (22 Parker St, Malden, MA) and tried to lease it to me. He said he lives in Idaho and will mail me the keys to the apartment once I send him the security deposit.

This person is running a rental scam under the name Robert Dale but is not this person. And this person does not own a property for rent.
