This is not spam or dial-bot soliciting insurance, but instead two people trying to discretely communicate without one or both of their significant others knowing, as this number is used for signaling each other to call.

This 682-651-4009 number has called my cell number multiple times daily on weekly basis. Never leaves a voicemail. Annoying piece of work

They call and don't leave a message. Probably tele marketers

I actually talked to someone, and they said the name of the company is "The Insurance Company". They are supposedly located in G****vine Texas. Googled them, and could not find any sort of company. I then reported them to the Do Not Call registry, in which my number has been on, and renewed for years.

Got called twice in same minute according to my cells missed call log and a **** up on my voice mail.

I received a call with a short promotion for auto insurance followed by a request to press 1 for more information or press 3 to be removed from their calling list. I waited to see whether anything else would happen, but the call was disconnected. I presume I'm still on their calling list.
