received numerous calls. if I answer, it hangs up. if I don't answer, they don't leave a message. when I try to call back, msg says number out of service

Did not answer this call. They left no message. When I called back recording said his number is no longer in service.

Calls almost daily as a robo call to lower my student loan rates. I called the number back and it is out if service.

Answered and there was no response then they hung up.
