came up as credit services, told me that because of my excellent payment history i was eligible for a rate reduction. claimed he was from the head office of Visa and MasterCard, and was asking about my card s****ing with 3 or 4. when i told him i didn't have one with those numbers he told me " the f@@k you dont" i then said excuse me, to which he repeated himself and ***g up

how come nothing is ever done to these annoying people who abuse your privacy..i see alot of complaints but thats it...wheres FTC????

Called on my business line and the next day on the house phone.  Didn't answer either time.

Cannot call back nor does it have an option for no callbacks.

Someone calls me to tell me that they can reduce my credit card interest rate. Problem is I dont have a credit card and when I told them this he called me an idiot then ***g up on me!!!! It is funny how ***ve people are over the phone. If these people were door to door marketers, there would be a more humble approach, or less marketers in the world.

Unsolicited call to reduce my credit card interest. The recording said press "1" to talk to a representative or "2" to disconnect. Since I'm on the do-not-call list, I pressed 1 to talk to a person. The guy answered and asked how he can help me. I told him to take me off the call list. He asked how old I was and I told him. He said "Why did you press one? You could have pressed two and ***g up. You're just wasting my time." I ***g up on him.

Called twice and ***g up before 8am! Telemarketer! I'm on the do not call list, not sure how or why they are calling me. No message left.

No message but I got number from caller ID. It said "Credit Services." my number is registered with the Direct Telemarketing Service on the do not call listing.

We are on the DNC list. And, we do not answer to anyone we do not know.

I have received calls from this number several times, including just now. They said "credit services" - and when I connected to find out who they really were, they said Visa and Mastercard connected with Chase and Capital One. When I told them I had asked to be removed several times from their call lists, they ***g up on me. Previously I had pressed the number indicated to be removed from the calls lists,but it hasn't happened. Not holding my breath.

Second time they called I answered to see who it was. They were offering a reduced interest rate on my credit cards. When I asked which one they said all visa and mastercards for all banks. His heavy accent put me on high alert. I ***g up. A holiday scam for sure.

I had this number call my data/fax line at about 11:30 AM.  The call was terminated since it wasn't a fax ma****e.  I looked it up and all I got was that it came from a cell phone in Spencer, ND.

SCAM ! ! !   Caller-ID said "Credit Services".Scammer said he was from VISA card Security department. Said there had been many purchase attempts in the past hour on my VISA card.  ( I only have a MasterCard . . .)He knew my name but to prove who I was to him, he needed my VISA card info. So I made up a number.  He said to stay on the line so he could put a temporary halt on all card activity until this could be resolved.  Less than 30 seconds later, he said "there must be some kind of problem with my card".  I could not contain myself - I laughed at this a--hole.  He began cursing so I laughed some more and told him to go find another victum.

I got a call from this place within 12 hours of filling out info for the Burger King..win a free XBox 360..as they did have a question if I was looking at going back to school..I also got calls from 213-289-5542, 817-697-3266 & 888-***0163...which I believe are a result of filling out the survey for that XBox promo at Burger King..watch out on this one!!

Got a call today from 701 217 1003.  Caller ID said Credit Services.  Did not answer phone.  Glad to know it was a telemarketer call.  Will continue to ignore call.

Called saying they could lower our interest rate on our credit card to 10%. Offered first number of credit card, wanted us to provide the rest. When we requested the other way around he became abusive- used the "f" word multiple times.
