Finally got someone to answer the phone and he ***g up on me when I asked him to remove my cell number from his list. The call was apparently to "update my free google listing". I am not a business owner. These people are harassing me at my personal cell number.

They **** up on you when you ask them to be put on the do not call list. Report to the fcc by filing out the online form. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

2/10/11 I got the same thing, Caller ID reads fire safety then a recording to update 411 on google

Update your Google 411 listing. Has called 5 times this week alone and twice today! No way to remove yourself and if you call, all circuits are busy.

I get this call on my work landline a couple times a week. "Press 1 to update you Google listing"

google free phone updates. i call number back and it says to press 1 to be removed from call list. they still call. i've gotten literally 100's of these f****** calls from this same #. i need googles main offices phone #s so i can call these****holes like they call me!!!!

I guess you guys didn't hear what I heard.  It was a political adverti*****t for supporting an amendment to the marriage amendment.  They wanted to allow *******uals to marry.  I listened for the end of the call, but it just kept repeating.  I ***g up.  What a scam.

Robocall from "s****ed" number: +1-701-217-1012.Robo recording says to "push 1" to update Google 411 listing.Call is handed off 3 times, with hold music sounding like an am radio station.return call to 701-217-1012 reports on 6th ring (Message from T-Mobile switch): Your call did not go through, Please Try a***n.  (Then a voice reports error code:129t)

This number came up 'Fire Safety' and when I answered, it was a recorded message saying to Press 1 to update our free Google 411 listing.

Recieved numerous automated calls from a "Debt Consolidation" company - once I answer, a recorded message comes on - asking me to "Press one" to speak with a representative. Finally, after many calls to my home, I listened, and pressed one - and asked them nicely to take me off their call list. The man who answered my call ***g-up on me. So, I dialed *69 to reverse track the caller's number and got this one: 701-217-1012. Haven't they heard of the Federal "Do No Call" list? ****s.

They just called me about debt relief. I pressed 1 to speak to one of their scamming operators and I politely informed them that I do not want those "scam artists" to ever call my house a***n and ***g up. They won't stop, I already know this.

got a call from this number to "put on do not call list" .  Why did they call then in the first place ?.....To get money from me for calling back or did my cell phone get charged a big fee ?   SCAMMMMMM !

They are scam artists saying that they can totally erase your debt if you owe over 10k. Just don't answer when they call, or you can choose to have a little fun with them and waste their time. But don't fall for their ******** :)
