Got a call from this number yes****ay. They left no message. CID = Minto ND … I am on my state & fed "Do Not Call" Registries …

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone, and all it gave was the number (701-248-1396) and Minto, ND as the location. The robo-caller isn't smart enough to wait for the voicemail to pick up, and s****ed speaking too soon, leaving only the latter portion of the message "...you may be en***led to financial compensation... press 1 now to speak with a representative to see if you qualify. A***n, press 1 now to be connected."

Got a call on both my personal cell and work cell today from this number. They left automated messages on both phones, one for lowering my personal interest rate, and the other for some b.s. medical thing. Do not answer anything from this number.
