phone spam. caller left no message when answering ma****e picked up. since caller called number registered on National Do Not Call Registry, their number has been reported.

We have received the exact same call several times on all of our unlisted numbers (home, private lines, and several cell phones).  It's always the same: a long pause followed by a male voice saying "oh, hi" and then disconnection.  My guess is that a computer is being used (possibly in another country) to robot-dial every possible phone number in the United States in order to make a list of working numbers that are actually answered.  I expect the scam calls will s**** coming in after this list is complete (and possibly sold to scammers).

Just got a call from them. Someone says HI and when you replt they do not answer. Creepy!

Just got a call from them.  They said Hi and the line went dead moments later.

Received a call but got disconnected.  When I called back, got a message saying thank you for calling back, and that I could opt out of receiving calls, but it would take 72 hous to process the request.  It was never clear what the call was for.

Offering lower interest rates. Actually left a message. Called cell phone which is on DNC list.

got a call from number.. played along, and they sent call to a company calling themselfs Debt relief services, 1-800-935-1748,,at 18101 von karmen ave, irvine ca, did not get a suite number..
