calling regarding a dispute on a card, a***n no company or card mentioned

It was my credit card company but came up as North Dakota on my phone so I didn't answer. I wish they would have told me to look for a call from ND. The call was regarded a disputed charge.

This is the local group phone number for the transaction dispute department of ELAN Financial (a credit card issuer), or their parent company. It equates to 1-800-260-8469. The 701-461-0010 number is what flashed on my caller ID (right before it flashed to telemarketer/spam) when my claims processor tried to call me.

Not Scammer - They were calling regarding a survey I filled out about a recent negative call I made to U S Bank regarding an issue.

It’s a scam!! Represented himself as being from my bank! Even left a case number for fraud alert on my voicemail. I called my banks customer service and verified it’s a scam!
