**** do no answer it it is a waste of time
It was 6:05 am on a Monday morning. I barely understood why my cell phone was ringing. All i remembered from the call was someone notifying me that my Govt issued VISA card had been suspended and I could press a key to be connected to an operator or call an 800 # given. Unfortunately the 800# wasn't repeated and all I have is their number displayed on the call 701-509-8703. What a way to s**** the week!
Called my wife and. I told my wife that try needed our debit card # because it's blocked, and they needed my cc# to unblock.
I was told that my debit card account had been frozen at Wells Fargo bank. Not having an account at that bank I called and the very nice lady confirmed that I did not have an account. I think someone was phishing. I reversed looked up number and found out it was a s****ed cell number.
credit card crooks
i am on a no call list
A recorded message about credit card rates was followed by push a number to be connected. I pushed the number to politely ask them if they would take me off of the list. When a man answered, I asked that and he came back with "What can you do if I don't take your name off of the list!" Very surprised, I said "excuse me?" At which point he repeated "WHAT CAN YOU DO IF I DON'T TAKE YOUR NAME OFF OF THE LIST!!" I ***g up.
Received unsolicited marketing call. Did not pick but received message on answering ma****e. Co., identified, was trying to initiate a loan. Tried calling the company to complain. Was given only the option to press "1" if I wish not to receive further calls. My number will be withdrawn from the list within 72 hours, if I remember correctly.
This call came in around 12:30PM. Fake number. Hate these sneaky people!!
The call came in at 1:38 a.m. waking me out of a sound sleep. It asked me to enter 1 and # key to avoid such calls in the future. I suspect that when I entered 1, I may have unknowingly been charged $ to my phone bill.
Robo call - claimed to be my bank and that my debit card has been blocked "Push 1 right now to get it unblocked." I did nothing and the call disconnected in 10 seconds. I filed a complaint with my bank. They know about the scam but this was a new number for them.

Message was that my B of A visa was lost, my account was locked and to press 1 to speak to security. I ***g up. When I redialed the number it was about a special promotion, and if I would prefer, I could be added to a do not all list. An obvious scam!
Callerid says "Minot ND". They left a message indicating they were from Wesbanco and that my account was locked and I needed to press 1 to speak to a security officer. I have never had an account with this bank. Several of my friends have also gotten this scam message.

I got a call from 701-509-8703 that said my account with a bank that I have NEVER done business with was "blocked" and that I should press a particular # to reach their security to have my account unblocked. The automated voice on the call even mispronounced the name of the bank. The bank serves a lot of people in my area, but I have never had an account with them. Also the caller ID said Minot in North Dakota.
said my account was frozen because of fraud issue, hit one to talk to a security spcealist. was a computized voice.
Got a call at 12:00pm on Sunday, informing me my Mastercard had been frozen. Press #1 to reactivate the account. I immediately suspected a scam! Thanks to everyone for posting! And like so many others, since the call came to my cell phone I was su****ious from the s****.
Said my account with Sun Trust had been "locked" ...I have never had an account with Sun Trust. I ***g up immediately so that was all I heard.
Automated message instructed me that my SunTrust account (I don't do business with them) has been blocked and I should press "1" to reactivate my account.

I got a call from this number. A recorded voice said that they had locked my Washington Mutual bank account. That is pretty funny because Washington Mutual has been out of business for a couple of years now.

I just ***g and contacted my bank directly and guess what?? It was TOTAL BS!!! JUST A SCAM!!!
