Called and I pressed 1 to inquire about lowering my interest rate. Spoke to a live person and asked if I could just call the number on the back of my card to do this and they ***g up on me. Sure wish I would stop getting these automated calls!!!

I pressed 1 -****uming they were spamming me: They asked if I was interested in lowering interest on my Visa or MC - I said yes They asked about total debt on card(s) - answered in generality They asked on how many cards this debt was active - answered They asked which card had highest - answsered in generality They asked what my APR was - answered to whole number Male rep said so****ing very quickly I couldn't understand, and disconnected the call. I could hear many other folks in backgroun (call center ambient noise) **Careful not to provide any identifying information to them**

Autobot called and said they could lower the interest rate on my credit card and press 1 to contiue. I thought it was su****ious because they didnt specify which credit card. The call ended since I didn't press 1 to continue.
