I just called the *Montana State Attorney General* and they said survey's, politics, charities, etc...do not have to follow the same guide lines as Debt collectors.. ****!!!  but... she said when they call ask them for their mailing address ... they have to give it to you!!  If they Don't... they are NOT a legal company!!!  When you get their addy, send them a registered letter telling them to NEVER and I mean NEVER call you a***n!!  If they do... lawsuit!  lol   ****.. as my Attorney General said... good luck trying to get their addy!!!  *sigh*  If they call back tonight..(which Peter Ego should)  and if I get their addy... I got a call from these schmucks and my roomie wasn't nice because it was 8:30pm Mt.  As a former debt collector I believe we have up until 9pm legally to call people.  To have a Survey place call you that late is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anyways... my roomie said... "Don't you ever call here a***n!"  Well.. you know what that means.  Peter's Ego got smeltched so he put in another call back an hour later... so now it's 9:30pm.  (someones in trouble and I know it ain't me!)  I tried calling the Number back to let them know I was attempting  legal action a***nst them because A, they were told not NOT to call back and B, it was after 9pm.  The following nite guess what?  You got it... Peter Ego called back and it was 8:30pm.  The idiot should have put the call back at a different time... he's so busted! I called them...  I also got "This Number cannot go threw as dialed check your number and ***!" I talked with 411 and they said if it's an auto dialer from a computer you cannot get threw. I've seen a couple post where people have been able to track down where the company is out of.  Hopefully I can get the name and then find a valid phone number.  I was told by 411 to contact my Attorney General... that's what I intend to do.  I suggest that *You* do that to for your state and maybe we can get this company shut down or at least cut Peter's ego in half!!!

Enough is enough, I've hired a person to get this caller.  No one else should hear from them after this  because w***ver it is will be missing a lot of teeth or worse.  if indeed this call is actually from Martin, ND.  It may be through that hick town for their safety.

They claim not to be telemarketers but a political research based company exempt from telemarketing laws. HOWEVER in state of Florida it is illegal for any business, of any type, profit or non, to initiate an unsolicited call to a person after 9 p.m. in the time zone the recipient is in. Guy calls at 9:20 asking for my husband by name. I told him it was after 9 and irregardless of what his survey of the nature of the call it was illegal. Already filed a complaint

Live in LaCrosse,WI - no message and when called back I was unable to said all circuts were busy

I got an unknown call showing up on my cell phone. I had registered on a do not call list.  Need to report them to FCC.

They call me daily and I refuse to tell them anything. They are called er surveys.

Yea this ****** number has called multiple times, its apparently from ND and it doesnt work? Cant talk to anybody and cant call 'em back. Its more than likely aliens or Satan. Makes sense. Gad to know im not the only on who has had this problem.

They call me all the time at least 4 times a day the number is always 701-625-5583 and when I call back my call wont go through and when I do answer no one is on the other line and they **** up really fast

They called several times in the last few days about taking some kind of survey about cars. and gave me an 866-740-8579 number to call them back on. they were pretty relentless. They called and left messages.

called my cell and this number appeared, no one answered and the call just dropped. when you try calling this number back it says "your call did not go through please try your call a***n 0493" (I dont know what 0493 is) From the above posts hope Im not getting charged everytime I call that number back because it sounds to me like an answering ma****e with that "busy noise" in the background everyone is referring to and the lady who speaks sounds nothing like the normal message you hear when your call doesnt go through. I didnt think about that until just now that that might be what they are trying to get me to do... did it like 3-4 times...great

This person keeps calling the house every night after 9 pm and some nights after 9:30 pm. It is very annoying and I wish there was some way to stop him. Some people really show thier age when they do so****ing like this. I mean you act like children and do children type things when your a child...Did this person never grow up or is he just a sad little momma's boy?? He needs a life and to get out of ours.

It sounded as though he had a mouthful of food once he did come on the line. He woke up my husband and our toddler. He was apologetic. I told him if he wanted to reach my husband then he needed to call on Sa****ay. He called back tonight at 8:50 PM. I was not pleasant this time around. When he asked for my husband, he stumbled through his name and also sounded like he had food in his mouth. I chewed him out for not being considerate and waking up our toddler a***n. I said if you want to get a hold of him that bad, you need to call back before 8 PM or on the weekends. While I was in mid-sentence, he ***g up on me. When I called the number back, I received the recording that my call couldn't go through as dialed. What a schmuck.

Who the heck is this that can't get the correct number for w***ver they are trying to reach!!! I am sick of these calls. i HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM THEY HAVE THE INCORRECT NUMBER FOR THE PERSON WITH WHOM THEY ARE WANTING TO SPEAK!

Called and asked me to wait a moment.  Sounds as if they are in a noisy office and were talking to someone else on the phone.  I ***g up so I don't have any more info.  Call received on cell phone in Indiana area code 260.

Some guy who claimed to be with the Bureau of Motor Vehicle looking for my wife, I told him that he is speaking to her husband and he said he would call back. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!! GET A REAL JOB!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!

They called at 9:52 pm. When I told him it was illegal to call that late and asked him who he worked for he ***g up. I have a picture of the caller ID with time stamp on my phone.

Yes, got three or four of these, always ****ing up on my answering ma****e. So­...I put their 701-625-5583 on MY "no call" list...I have a Panasonic DECT 6.0 and to my delight, in reading the manual, I saw that I could actually call-block individual numbers (up to 30 of them). It seems there are several types of telemarketers and scammers, and some will never stop automatic dialing your number until they get you to answer and listen to their pitch. For them, this type of blocking seems the only solution. You'd think the phone company would let you instantly block a number that just called you, but no, you've got to have to buy a "smart-phone." Glad I did.

ER Surveys on caller ID called 2 days, Sat and Sun.  I did not pick-up, and no message left.  411.com identifies it from Martin, ND.  Will place this number on call block.

Got a call from this phone number.

8:45 p.m. and answered. no response. I know no one in ND.
