I asked to spot and they keep calling all hours of the day

This is some type of survey group: E R Surveys is what appears on my caller ID. My husband and I have both asked them to stop contacting us, have both said to remove our number from their database, and then, the next day we receive 3 more calls. They have been calling since 11/08 and s**** in the afternoon, around 3 and keep calling until after 7. Very annoyed and am considering filing a legal complaint.

I do not want to recieve this kind of phone call.

They have called me 2 days in a row asking for registered voters. I explained to them last nigt that there are no registered voters in the house. They called at 8:45 last night. Just received another call at 9:15 tonight!

Caller ID said ER Surveys.  We did not pick up and no message was left.

I just got a call from this number, but didn't answer at since I didn't recognize the area code. When I searched the area code location, I get ND. I don't know anyone from there. Glad I didn't pick up if it's a survey.

This is a survey from (I believe) EMC.  I did not answer the call but picked up the recorded message.  It is not a live operator, but a computer voice conducting the survey.  Listener uses telephone keys to respond.
