Leave a Commentthey called three time in the past 24hrs.....I got a recording once (3 seconds) from them on my google voice messages... Sounded like they were in one of those call centers full of people making the same kind of blind calls. They didn't leave a message. So I blocked them. It is nice to funnel my calls through google voice: +17017777777 Blocked
I got a call from someone that was "F"ing over the phone. Have to find these people and put them in Jail.
they call almost every week day, if I answer they **** up, if I do not answer, they leave no message. when i call number, they have a message to push certain number for certain subjects, but call disconnects when you do...
I s****ed getting these calls from the mysterious U ND caller a few days ago, and now it's become a common ritual for them. Around the same time as their first call I received a lot of other strange numbers calling, I****ume they are related. Perhaps some company has sold my number to a bunch of telemarketers....either that or somebody I know really hates me and gave them all my number. Either way, it ****s.
My mom got this call today saying they were from Verizon. Verizon doesn't cold call. UND on caller id

Just got a call from this number minutes after I signed up to switch from Qwest to a new phone carrier. No one was on the line when I answered. Interesting that other people said this is in regards to Qwest.
I also got a call from this strange number but I do not answer when I see a suspcious number
Yep, just got the same thing myself -- said they were going to save my money on the long distance portion of my phone bill since I was a low-usage customer and he represented himself as a verizon customer service rep. During the 3rd party verification, the verifier asked if I authorized "Long Distance Access" to switch my service. I said "no", that I was supposed to be dealing with verizon. Then the call abruptly went dead. I quickly called verizon to verify that no c****es had been made to my account - none were. If I hadn't been paying attention, they'd have got me.
The Caller-ID says University of N. Dakota, but they say they're calling to save me money on my Qwest Long Distance. Why would a University be involved with Long Distance? I think these scammers have either s****ed the Caller-ID or managed to infiltrate the Universities phone system to make these fraudulent calls. I also got similar calls from 701-867-5309 (from the Tommy Tutone song). Very su****ious.
