Phone forwarding scam. This number shows up numerous times on My Verizon bill for different times and different days, riginating in Louisville, KY and destination is Bismark, ND. They need a PIN to actually turn Call forwarding on. I've report to Verizon. I also blocked this number on my phone, but it still appears on the bill. I've also added to the app Robo****er.
Suspect this is a social media call, in particular, a “live links” caller. Do NOT answer this call!
Not sure who is calling from this number but it is annoying. You can't dial the number direct either.
