Leave a CommentCalled several times. We are on the no call list
wanted to lower my credit card interest. will file with FTC
I am on the National do not call list. They offer 6.99% interest. What for? I have nothing with them or anyone else
I wasn't home for the call, so it wasn't answered. I have noticed that we get many phone solicitor calls weekly, but since we have the answering ma****e set to 6 rings, 90% of them disconnect before the ma****e answers. I believe most of these calls are computer generated and the computer is programed to let the phone ring 4 times. If there is no answer by then they go to the next number.
Same as everyone else said. When I asked them not to call a***n (after the 4th time I pressed 2 to be put on their do not call list) they ***g-up on me. Next time, they're getting an earful!
If you are not expecting a call- don't answer it, let the ma****e pick up and it's safer to listenand not be live on the air with them. Unscrupulous types will record you saying 'yes' and use itto justify bogus charges on your bill, which they will prove with the tape of a voice on your endsaying 'yes'. They did this with our daughter, who was home from college one summer, and asked her to 'verify' our billing information, which she was glad to do. I'm not saying this particularnumber is behind such scams, just saying BEWARE and it's better to be safe than sorry. If you doanswer and they seem to be working REALLY hard to get you to say 'yes' repeatedly- **** up quickly. The US is like a third- world country now, like the wild west a***n in some respects, and the sooner you 'get it', the better.
I got a call from this number and I didn't pick up.
This is a totally unprofessional company. First, the call is an automated call. It begins stated that there is a possible problem with your 'card'. Second, they never mention what 'card' is involved. Third, when I responded to their "Please press one'" option I had to wait almost a full minute for a representative. When the rep came on the line I expressed my desire to be removed from their call list he promptly ***g up without a word to me.
Claimed to be Rachel from cardholder services. My wife ***g up on them, had I answered I would have tried to get the name of their company to file s Do not call list violation. Beware, it's a scam, they are a credit card fraud ring. Caller ID said "RESET"
I am on the national Do Not call Registry and they are calling offering intrest reduction to 6.99%
CID says "RESET". No message. Really? What is this?
Received a phone call from this number. No message left.
Got a call from a robot claiming to be my credit card company. Told me to press 1 to talk to an operator so I could lower my charges. She wanted personal info and could not identify my credit card account, which she would have known if the call was legitimate.
