Credit Card interest rate spammers

Also received a recorded message for lowering your credit card rates. I don't own a credit card. But I stayed on the line to speak to an operator, and told her I didn't have any credit cards and for them to stop calling me. Shut down these scammers!

Recorded message offering to "lower your credit card rate." At end of message, Press (#) to talk to a rep to lower rate. No company ID in message. Doesn't sound legit to me (if it were, you'd think the message would include a company name and/or callback #)

Recorded message offering to lower the interest rate on my credit card.  Didn't identify me by name, nor identify which credit card they were referring to.
