I am on the "do not call list" but continue to get these type of calls on my cell phone during business hours that I am actually charged for. How can I sue or get them to stop. I do believe they're getting my number from resumes sent out through the internet to confidential employers. Shouldn't this be a "crime" and what are you doing with "all" these complaints?

They will not answer when you try to call back to be rmoved. Please report toFCC?!!

I called SPRINT to report the prank call and talked to CARLOS employee number DQ458408 of the incident and told him of the number of like calls eminating from this number asking him to look into it and resolve the situation if possible. He said he would.

Received call from this number but missed it.  Googled ASAP.  I am supposed to be on the no call list already.

call center, ignoring "national do not call list"-law, attorneys are looking into it by now, very annoying.

Just got a call 30 minutes ago and let the call go to voice mail.  They left an automated message about winning a security system....seems to me like someone is fishing for information and/or tyring to scam us.

Is some home security promotion thingy. I answer and then press #2 to speak to some one. he says "hi I'm glad to hear you are interested, can i ask you a few questions?" and then i say. "sure if i can ask you one first" and then they **** up. This is the 3rd time they have ***g up on my when i was trying to get off their ****** call list. Meks me wanna find these f***ers and go punch them in the faces repeatedly until they get the point that i dont want them calling me.

Yep, these s***bags seem to be calling anyone & everyone whether we're on the do not call list or not.  Per a Denver Post article recently, there are attorneys now suing collections companies (& perhaps some scammers?) for violation of the national do not call law.   Perhaps one of them would take on suing these scammers if they can be found.   See the link below for an article in the Denver Post by David Migoya which references local attorney David Larson (CollectorAbuse.com) as having filed 268 cases a***nst debt collectors & others in 2010.   The article points out that attorney Charity Olson of Ann Arbor, Michigan is another of the attorneys specializing in suing these people.http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_17488126

This number calls me like once a day, they never leave a voicmail, and when you call the number back, it says " If your not interested in receiving calls please press "1" to take you off our call list" . I must have a "1" about 1000 times and they keep on calling me. It horrible!!!!

I, too called the number back and got a generic message that did NOT state the company but did say: " If you would like to be placed on our do not call list...."  press 1.  The recording states that it could take up to 72 hrs for it to be effective.  I turned right back around and called it a***n from my home number and got the busy signal, so keep trying.
