I got two calls this morning but no one would answer when I did

This is a scammer with a pre recorded message called a robocall which is totally illegal unless you have given them written permission to contact you.  Go here http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/08/robocalls.shtm for the FCC ruling that went into effect on Sep 1 2009.  There are several numbers involved another of which is 701-920-9624.

Been getting these all week. Picked it up this morning to find its a recorded message about "my" credit card and interest rates.  It doesn't say what company they are or what card they are talking about.  Cound be a scam - I ***g up and am blocking htat number!

Same story here. Received calls about every other day from this number as well as another number from a 764 area code. Both numbers have almost the same recording talking about "Sharee from credit card services" and some other interest rates jibba jabba. I reported them to the national do not call list. Just google "Do not call list" and the site should come right up. Filling out the form is very quick, as others have mentioned.

Have been getting this call for the last three days, intermittently on my cell phone. I get the same partial message as those reported. I also once pushed "1" when prompted and when I asked the man to remove my number from his list, he ***g up on me. No idea what the scam may be, but it's very annoying!

it's some scammer co saying they can reduce your credit card debt.  Since I have none I knew it wasn't anything good.

Got a call from this number at 8;26 pm,don't and don't care,so stop calling fax number

Received 2 consecutive calls and annoying voicemail messages tonight. The area code originates from North Dakota.

They call my private cell phone # , left part of a message about time is running out to qualify for a loan, also called from 701-920-9973 . Reported both calls to the do not call registery

this number calls several times a day and no message VERY ANNOYING

They have called me 4 times in the last 24 hours. I have not answered any of them but I am curious as to who they are.

Got a call from them at 8:20 pm !!! I did not answer and they left no message. Telemarketing!­!!

I received a call from this number Wed. 3/16/2011 @ 4:26PM but did not leave a message. Very annoying! :(

automated call saying I could reduce my credit card debt by lowing the interest -- and I must have at least $2500 of credit card debit. They called 3/10, 3/15, 3/16 on my cell phone -- I have no idea how they got my number. I stayed on the line after pushing 1 -- when I asked that my number be taken off the list -- the man just ***g up.

701-920-9948 called me - I would not pick-up as I did not recognize the number

Just received another call, 3rd one today.Picked it up this time, was a pre-recorded message mentioning so****ing about my credit card account. I immediately ***g up.

2nd day in row for a phone call from this number - does anyone know who it is?
