These guys are credit card scammers

I and my husband have gotten numerous calls from this number. No one identifies themselves as to what they are specifically calling about. When I repeated 3 times, "i just want to know who this company is" the male voice screamed at me and stated "you are slow, lady". and he ***g up. I was hoping that he would leave me a one after that but the number is still coming into my cell. I refuse to answer. I have had my cell phones on the block call list. I am not happy with w***ver your company is and that they are violating my requests.

Who is this?

I've gotten two calls from this number in the past two weeks. I'm in area code 703, have mistaken the number for a local call and answered. I get a recorded message of a woman's voice saying she's with Cardinal Bank (or so****ing similar -- Cardinal is in the name) and this is an urgent call regarding my credit card account. She continues that there's nothing wrong at this time but I should call back immediately to lower my interest rate (or some such). I have no account with them and haven't followed up.

They keep calling for someone who doesn't live here. I have told them repeatedly and they keep calling. They call so much that I am thinking of canceling my cell phone. We are two old people and we are in failing health. What can I do about this?
