just called my cell. left no message and no answer when I called back.

I received a call from this company. They had the nerve to call a residential number after 9:00 pm my local time zone.

I receive calls from this number on my cell and they do not leave a message.  I believe it is a telemarketer.

First call: 4/01/11 6:44 PM PacificSome guy calls me asking to parti****te in survey on healthcare, I said sure. First, he asks if I'm using a house phone or a cell phone, I said cell. Then he asks me if it's ok to have my address so they can send me a check to "compensate" me for my cell phone minutes used during the call. I said "no, i have an unlimited plan". Then he thanks me for my time and ****s up on me..... I thought this was a failed phishing attempt, and thought nothing more, until they called me a***n...Second call: 4/11/11 8:50 PM PacificSome lady asks me to parti****te in a survey for healthcare..... I said that their last call was totally phishing, and to f*ck off, and then I ***g up on her. Then I googled the phone number to see if it actually was a phishing attempt, and wound up here.

This number even called my CELL.  I did not answer and it did not leave a message.

ICR is a survey research firm and are not telemarketers. They often use automatic dialers which I understand will sometimes **** up on people. For those who wish not to be called by this firm, simply ask to be placed on a Don't Call list.

They are not telemarketers, they are survey takers, and they call you to try to conduct surveys. As for 'steve' it ****s that you work in telemarketing, but that's not what they did when they called me, they actually gave ten bucks.

these freaking idiots!!! why would they even call when they don wanna disclose who they are!! my iPhone displays the caller is from Nevada, TX.. had a missed call at first, tried calling back, but no answer!! and then they call back the next day, and ask for my name each time they call!! when are they gonna stop calling me??

The # 702 227 8038 keeps calling and either not leaving a message or harassing us.They call the home # and my daughter's cell, but they ask for ME.

these people have been calling me for 5 days now.  If you pick up-they **** up.  If you dont answer-they wont leave a message.  I used to work in telemarketing..please forgive me.  This is whats happening-someone is being a lazy telemarketor.  The boss is wat****g and wants to see calls going out.  So this person doesnt feel like working.  They find a number where noone answers and boom-it gets put on a list of "no answers".  This list might have 500 numbers on it.  Now he just sits back all day long calling these numbers knowing that noone will answer and he looks busy and like hes trying and collects his meager hourly wage.  Of course he will be fired if cought "recycling" calls.  As for when you answer and they **** up-that ****es you off and he hopes you will just put his number on your blocked call list.  And that is what you should do.  Its a win win for the ****** but just block the number and be done with it.

This is a telemarketer and they keep callng my cell phone.  If I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  I want them to stop calling me.
