I received a recorded message stating that they were calling me from Bank of America, not to use my debit card because my account was tempered and and they had to cancel it until I will receive a new card by mail.

It is Direct TV conducting a follow up survey on your recent experience with their customer service dept. Why don't they just leave a message??? It always looks su****ious and shady when a message is not left and their name is not on the caller ID

It's direct tv. They call at ****py hours & hardly ever leave a msg. It was for a survey after I called customer service the other day

I called it back - appears to be Direct TV's survey # for comments after a customer service call. They gave an 800# and asked me to call back in 3 days to "capture" my comments, but they gave the # too fast to write it down.

Called 7/14/2013 at 2:57 pm - I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message...I did contact Direct TV yes****ay and saw comments regarding that...maybe but I'm not answering.
