Got a call. ***g up when th voice said: "Congratulations" A spam call.

This number has called both of my cell phones and when answered ***ody there they then **** up. I am on the national do not call on both house and cell phones and they are still calling. When I called them back there was only a busy signal throughout the whole day 03 05 2016. They have also called my mom on her house phone and ***g up on her as well.

This caller has called both my land line and cell phone, never leaving a message.

They called my cell yes****ay while I was out w/o the phone. . left NO msg . .I called back this morning. rang once. . very long pause. . . s****ed ringing a***n. . . then a busy sig. . . sounds like a marketing plan gone wrong to me.
