NCO Financial Services (a collections company) is listed at 702-475-4857. We just moved and our phone company (AT&T) sent our final bill to this collection agency/company. For some reason AT&T didn't send the final bill to us or call us about it (we have the same number we did at the old house... and NCO seems to be calling this number plenty of times!). Very strange company this NCO, as they call and never leave a message. I will not answer a random unknown calling number and will not call this random number back and give them any personal information. I am dealing with the billing error directly with AT&T instead. Thanks a lot AT&T.... now I'm on NCO's auto dialing system and can't get off!

Called me twice, didn't leave a voicemail. I tried to call back to see who it was and the number would not go through. Sounds fishy!

Called a couple of times in a week. The caller id read as OPITION POLL? Didn't leave message....maybe spam...maybe government...maybe.........????

continuously calls but doesn't leave messages. sounds like scam based on the numerous reports. probably trying to bait people into answering yes or no to charge you money and obtain your "voice" approval of the charges. be wary.

called me twice... never left VM. second time I answered and heard so****ing being typed in a computer and they immediately ***g up. then when I tried to call back it was silent and Verizon said the # was disconnected.... i'm a Socal area code

Keeps calling me...

crazy. signed up to win a chance for dinner with the president, seconds later got a call from this number. geez. glad this is just a generic biz line, but they work fast. good i guess? great, now it's a lifelong ****-up-a-thon. yay, me.

After several calls from this number, I answered. They say they're doing a political survey on Prop 29. They ask a bunch of questions regarding your position on the issue. Specifically, if you're voting yes or no. In a nutshell, Prop 29 imposes additional tax ($1.00 per pack) on cigarettes for cancer research. Yeah, I believe that's where it's going.

Received 5 calls between Sa****ay May 5th and Monday May 14th. No VM left any of the times. When I try to call back, it is silent for a long time and then the call fails.

Sent to my cell phone. Two calls in two days -- one on Mother's Day and one on Monday, 5-14-12. No message left in voice mail. I do NOT answer any calls with numbers I do not recognize. How can we block these numbers? If we can block e-mail addresses, why not these harassing numbers.

I'm SICK of this number calling me! The caller ID only shows number gobblede**** as the name! That is illegal! STOP THE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER! They **** up if you answer, they call constantly and never leave voicemail or messages on the ma****e. This HAS to be some weird sort of auto call thing or scam!
