Obviously connected to a phony debt collection agency from TX, which no longer has a legal bond to collect: Their license has expired. I owe zero on everything I own. I have over 22 #s I have blocked from them.

Called and did not leave a message. I called back and a recording said I was calling Portfolio Recovery, and directed me to a website where I can make a payment. I don't owe any collection agency, all my bills are paid. I keep getting calls from them from over 30 phone number; all are now blocked.

This is a major caller. Always calls early morning, dinner time or late at night. I've blocked them but they must have tons of numbers to call from!

Always call from different numbers. Portfolio Recovery I believe they are....old debt. And should be done with this one.

They're a joke of a collections agency, I never answer their calls, they'll never get a penny from me, debt is over 10 years old and I off my record

Several calls from this number. It doesn't matter than a person is on Do Not Call List. Grrrr

Called me out of the blue on a Sunday.. no message left. Must be a scam!

No answer, but you can hear someone breathing heavy in the background. Has to be scam calls. Have family in the area, only reason I answered the call.

They were threatening saying they were going to close my bank account.
