We received a call by an automated system from this number stating that it was a final notice. I opted to connect and ask who they were. The operator then immediately asked ""Year make & model of your car""... I asked ""what company is this? and why don't you know the year make and model of my car yourself? "" and the operator said ""I ain't tellin' you nuttin !! ..."" and ***g up. It is a clear example of deceptive acts and practices. By thier language, they attempt to deceive you into believing that they represent your own auto warranty company while they are completely unrelated. I hope someone will pursue harassment charges a***nst them - they keep calling us, those****#%$. They should be subject to a heavy fine if not imprisonment. They are clearly trying to cheat everyone they can.

Call recording said this was the final notice I would receive about a warranty that was about to expire. When I got someone on the line, I asked what company she represented and she said ""Warranty Solutions."" She asked if I had received a notice in the mail, and I explained that she had reached a business number and my car is probably older than she is. She very politely offered to take this number off their list.

The number was on my caller ID. Didn't call it back. This is how they get around the US Government ""Don't Call List"". The jack*****.
