No answer, no message

They have been calling every day, no message.  Assume telemarketing.  I too am on do not call list.  What gives?

Someone from this # has called several times,even @ 8:45PM on Fri.evening 10-19-07. Called a***n the following Mon.PM. Said they were from Bank Of America. I too am on the DO NOT CALL list.

0710 PM EST ON 10/22/07......I CALLED THE # AND IT IS FOR "PRIVACY ALERT" FROM BANK OF AMERICA.I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD REMOVE MY # FROM THEIR CALL LIST. THEY SAID,YES,..BUT,... IT WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS TO TAKE EFFECT. I SAID "NO PROBLEM,.. AND THANK YOU".THEY WERE VERY POLITE,NICE TO SEE!

These people call daily and won't leave a message.  I did answer once and they said they were from Bank of America and wanted to speak to my husband. I told them he wasn't available but they wouldn't leave a message.  Our number is also on the "do not call" list but apparently these people don't care.

Hey I received this call yes****ay I was home and when I answered it  I told them I wasn't here they refused to leave a message.

I've gotten several calls from this number, ****ed a few days apart.  I donot anser the phone and no message left.  Caller ID says "Nevada Call"

I get this call everyday!! Caller ID says "card services". I called and it is  Bank of America Privacy****ist Premier. I am on the DO NOT CALL list but apparently it does not work for this company. I just wish they would get the hint that I do not want to talk to them!!

We constantly recieve calls from this number.  ID says "card services".  I called them today and a ma****e said so****ing about "Premiere" so****ing or other.  I stayed on the line and a woman came on.  She asked who I was and thanked me for calling.  I told her I was on the DO NOT CALL list and for her to stop calling me.  She said "sorry" and quickly ***g up.

I'm sick of these calls.  I don't answer them, but know they are scams.

Receive a call from these people once a day.  Call comes up as "Nevada."  I don't know anyone in Nevada so I don't answer the call.  Wish these people would go get another job other than being a telemarketer!!

Got a call today, came up as 'Nevada call'

He called and said he is calling from Bank of America, ID fraud unit.  I told him that I will call the 800 number on my Bank of America card and confirm this call.  I called Bank of America and they said they don't know what that number is and suggest that I make a police report.  So I did.

I got a call from this number today on caller id.  It came up 'Nevada' call.....I agree with Deb..what good is a 'do not call' registry if they can still get your number and call?

After reading these comments, am glad I never answered.  Know no one in this state and I do NOT pick up calls from numbers or caller IDs that meke no sense to me.  If it's important, they can leave a message.  It does make you wonder what good being on the national "Do Not Call" registry is.  If you still have to report these kind of calls for them to be fined, why bother?

keep calling in regard to credit card acct, i hsve stated not interested but keep calling

keep calling regard my daughter's bank of america's credit card acct, but won't let me take the message.
